I first met Nolan and Skye last November at a fabulous styled shoot.  Flash forward to December, Nolan reached out allowing me the honor of capturing his charming proposal to Skye. I was luckily available and made the trip to Lexington so that he could propose to her after a romantic plane ride over the city. While the rain didn’t make the plane ride possible, we still wheeled out an airplane and set up marquee letters – and she said yes! When they asked me to do their wedding I was ecstatic!!

The Ashley Inn, located in Lancaster, Kentucky, was the beautiful setting for the special day!  Rain threatened the day but that never dampened their spirit.  The ceremony was held outside in front of the house, and the rain stopped long enough for the sharing of the loving vows.  The rain completely stopped after dinner, just in time for the horses to come out and visit for some stunning sunset pictures!

The energetic reception had everyone on their feet and dancing, with custom M&M cookies, a sparkler exit, and a chest pump wrapping up the exceptional night.
