Located in the heart of Bowling Green, KY is the beautiful La Gala, the setting of Laurie and Blake’s big day.  They began their day by getting ready at The Kentucky Grand Hotel with a sneaky Blake trying to catch glimpses of his bride getting her makeup done in the nearby window.  During an emotional first look, Laurie cried while friends and families secretly watched around the corner!   

Iced /īst/ when a guest hides a bottle of Smirnoff Ice for a certain person to find, when they do find it they’re required to get down on one knee and chug the entire bottle.

Laurie and Blake were SUCH good sports and dropped to one knee to get the job done!

The ceremony was relocated indoors following the threat of rain, but that didn’t deter from the beauty of the day.  With a fringe party dress change by Laurie, the exciting and fun reception really hit its stride. Ending the night with a sparkler exit was the perfect final note to a special and lively day!
